My titled is "Where does your wisdom come from? Wisdom is a curious thing and perhaps it's something that we don't always think about or understand as much as we should. We might be even afraid or reluctant to think about it, what it is and what it means for us. And yet, James, in this passage, challenges us and makes us think and we know that elsewhere in the Bible there is a lot to say about wisdom. And a lot is said so clearly about wisdom. So, wherever we are, whatever we think, wisdom is something that we need to deal with and to address. But to understand wisdom? Where do you go? What is wisdom? We can look at dictionary definition 1) is the quality of having experience, knowledge and good judgment. And 2) is the knowledge of what is right or true. Coupled with just judgment as to action.
