2 Corinthians 1:23-2:11
Things didn’t always go to plan when the apostle Paul was dealing with the Corinthian Church. He had various attempts to deal with some very difficult situations in that church. Whenever he tried to do so, things often seem to go wrong and maybe part of what our reading is saying to us is that sometimes bad things happen and when they do, it doesn’t necessarily mean that someone made a mistake. Many things happen, but they’re not what we would have expected or even wanted. But we have to do the best, with the things as they actually are. Paul unpacks 2 Corinthians 1:23-2:11
